Planning Your Spring Break Trip

Now that midterms are behind you, it is time to start thinking about Spring Break! Sure, the holidays come up first so put a beach bag, pre-paid gas cards, and other “break” supplies on your Christmas list, but start saving some of your spending dollars, get your group together, and make your plans to head to Panama City Beach!

Sure, it’s a pain to have to put up the money for the deposit right now, but there are some advantages to booking early. Not only does booking early means better rates, certain hotels on Panama City Beach have much more to offer breakers and those hotels book up fast! To make sure you are where all the action, all the free stuff, and all coolest contests are you have act quick or someone else will be scoop up your spot. 

Corporate sponsors set up on the beaches behind the Holiday Inn SunSpree, Casa Loma, Days Inn Beach, and Paradise Palms and hand out free stuff daily, and we don’t mean crappy free stuff! Last year Gillette’s Venus gave out razors, beach towels, shorts, tanks, and more! That’s just one of the companies! This year’s full list of participants hasn’t been announced yet but we can tell you that Victoria’s Secret will be on the beach this year!

Need another reason to break in Panama City Beach? MTVU will break in PCB this year! MTV will establish a "Spring Break Village" on the beach and host a series of eight concerts and other televised events over a 10-day period. The specific dates and performers have not been determined.
