The Bay County tax man has raised the Tourism Tax by two cents.  What does this mean to you?  If your Spring Break hotel or resort has given you a total with tax on your stay, that total will be wrong.  Every hotel, resort, and condo in Panama City Beach is going through the same thing, they have all given out a total for their guest that will need to be changed; it is not the fault of the accommodations that the price with tax you were quoted is incorrect, it is solely due to the tax law changing.  If you call the place you are staying they will gladly give you your new total based on the new tax laws.
