Ok, so here's what we've heard - MTVU is bringing Lil Wayne, The All-American Rejects, Flo Rida, Asher Roth, Jim Jones, & 3OH!3 are coming down to Panama City Beach for Spring Break 2010!  We haven't gotten a final word on where these acts will be or when they will be here...
